Cirencester Christmas Market
12th October 2010
This year, from Saturday 4th - Sunday 19th December, the pretty Cotswold town of Cirencester will have its first ever, beautifully designed, German- style Christmas Market. Located in the heart of the town, the Market Place will come alive with over 50 delightful wooden chalets, decorated with festive swags and white pea lights, set amidst a forest of prettily lit real Christmas trees. With their snowy roofs and inviting aromas of Gluhwein and Bratwurst, the Christmas market chalets will have all the charm and atmosphere of a traditional German Christmas Market, combined with an array of stylishly presented, tasteful, inspiring gifts, as well as fine foods and drink to satisfy even the most discerning shopper. To complete the experience, there will be a programme of festive music and carols most evenings and weekends, as well as a host of other special events going on in the town, all organised to the very highest standards.
Opening times of the Christmas Market:
10am - 6pm Sundays to Thursdays
10am - 8pm Fridays & Saturdays
